How to book a stay?

Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings and Payment

All bookings must be made directly through IC Premium Properties Ltd. Reservations are confirmed once full payment is received.
Payments are accepted face-to-face via POS terminal or by direct bank transfer only.

IC Premium Properties Ltd does not accept cash payments, online platform payments, or third-party booking intermediaries.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.
Bookings cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded once confirmed. In exceptional cases such as force majeure, IC Premium Properties Ltd may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit for future use.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the property, furnishings, and neighbours. Damage or loss to company property will result in financial liability. Smoking, illegal substances, and unapproved gatherings are strictly prohibited.

4. Property Access

Staff will only enter occupied properties with prior notice, except in emergencies or essential maintenance situations.

5. Liability

IC Premium Properties Ltd accepts no liability for the loss of guests’ personal property, injuries, or delays arising from causes beyond its control. Guests are advised to maintain personal travel insurance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
